Africana Studies majors and minors are strongly encouraged to participate in opportunities to study and travel abroad to countries in the African Diaspora. Faculty in the Africana Studies program are currently co-sponsoring a trip to Senegal:

Past study abroad programs during the Winter and Summer interims have also included Kenya and Ghana.
